Makies and chairs - click each pic to embiggen.
The first pair are the chairs that tend to come up if you do a search for 1/6 scale or Blythe chairs. Despite having about the same seat seat height, the tall backed ones are a little too high off the ground - due, I think, to how the seat is angled. The shorter backed ones are almost perfect - the Makie’s feet are slightly off the ground, and would be on the ground with the right shoes. Or better posing skills than I possess ;-)
The next four are currently for sale in Debenhams in the UK (two - the pink and the grey in the middle - are also available in their online store). The only one that is Makie sized is the blue one - the others are all too tall. The pink one could have its legs clipped shorter and would look right as well as have the right seat height. The red one could also have its legs clipped shorted, but the seat back might look far too big. The grey one would, imo, look a bit odd if you clipped its legs shorter, but it would work as an adult seat for a Makie supposed to be a child.
